Do you require land for commercial development?
At Macrane Properties we have developed sophisticated systems for finding and sourcing land directly from land owners. We work with businesses who require development land for alternative commercial use classes. We identify and secure land, arrange finance, achieve planning and undertake the construction. Acting for our clients from initial brief to practical completion.

Our construction delivery team – Macrane Construction – specialises in progressive, sustainable approaches to the delivery of housing and this, combined with our first class project management experience, ensures a smooth route through to project completion. We also welcome opportunities to work land owners and businesses either as their main contractor or in a joint venture arrangement providing all funding, design management and construction services from detailed design through to disposal/exit.
Technical Design.
At Macrane Properties we have established a high quality network of design professionals including architects, planning consultants, structural and civil engineers to support us on all of our projects pre and post planning. We often provide these services combined with our in house technical knowledge to external partners to help achieve their goals.
